News Tweak v2.3 Released

Check out this thread for the download and other details. I hope that I fixed everything that I needed to for this release, it's been done for some time except for one or two very small changes.

On a side note, I've closed down my temporary forms for NanoCMS in favour of the Official community forums over at nanocms.co.uk that Andrew has setup.
